Going to Knicks game tomorrow night.. any reasonable street parking in area? or safe garage?

i've had luck on teh west side of MSG after 6pm.. pay for an hr at a meter than it's free after 7pm
very safe and large spots, i actually prefer street parking over any of the garages.
there is a parking lot right outside that's self parking and teh only one i could recomend

Got tired of stupid garage attendants who burn my clutch on prior cars I had, or the more interesting ones, who drive 10-yards to deliver your car, but take it upon themselves to change the radio settings, mirrors and seats..
