Got my first no front plate ticket while parked. I had the plate displayed in the dash though.

don't get me wrong. i love the look (which is why I still haven't mounted it =)
but i'd rather they deliver a car that is legal to drive and not eligible for a ticket the moment i leave their lot.
the irony in all of this is that this is probably one of the stupidest things to complain about a stealership =)

if you wanted it put on, you should have said something.
Frankly I'd rather they asked before drilling holes in my car. When I got my bumper repainted the shop owner called me before drilling for my plate. I told him to drill, but I was glad he asked.
