I would to share my positive experience that I just had with Bell Audi , Edison, NJ. I had a problem with one of my defective ignition coils burning-up .

I had the vehicle towed to Bell Audi and everything was handled perfectly, well above my expectations.Beforehand, I was printing TSB’s and recall information, preparing myself for what I thought was going to be another long battle with the dealer and AOA, but to my surprise, nothing from me was needed. I would highly recommend Bell Audi and Jonathan Kiwacz (service writer) to anyone looking for a honest dealer with extremely helpful and knowledgeable service advisors-and we know that's had to come by. I’ve had a bad taste in my mouth regarding Audi dealers after all the BS that I went through with those @ssholes over at Riverside Audi and this experience has changed the way I feel about Audi dealers and the Audi brand in general. Bell Audi has all my future business as well as my strong recommendation to others. A+ all the way.
