Default being very nearsighted, the risks would be higher for someone like me..

Wearing contacts for so many years, if it ain't broke, don't fix it..

Default where is the increased risk?

in your level of nearsightedness or prolonged contact lens usage?

and what risk are you talking about exactly?

Doesn't it hurt your night vision?

Default the more nearsighted you are the more irregularly shaped your eyeball is...

to correct that with laser surgery, they have to shave off a larger amount to make your eyeball rounder increasing risks..

some people who have had corrective surgery that originally have bad vision complain of seeing occassional halos and perfect corrected 20 / 20 vision is not guaranteed..

Default How nearsighted are you?

I'm pretty bad myself, but I dont think terribly so.

Ill be honest, I've never heard expressions like "shave"-ing amounts of eyeball....

I'll need to do some more research, the last thing I want is to make matters worse
