if you can't shell out the $120 to get it registered, maybe you shouldn't be driving an Audi?

Default DMV wont pass you if you have warnings on your dash, correct?
my ABS sensor is on right now.

Default its not the 120, i have a ABS light that just popped up. thats the only reason i havent taken it in
that and tinted windows.
