Dealers do get reimbursed by the manufacturer for warranty work, but it's
typically 2/3 what they make off a customer who is out of warranty for the same work..
Nonetheless, this dealer sounds lazy or inept to diagnose and correct the problem..

While I am on LI, i have (in the past) had good experiences
at DCH. (replaced my Turbos) In fact you may want to ask Dion at KMD if he is still friendly with any of the guys at DCH as he used to work there.

Yeah unfortunately the people have changed...
My dad had pleasent experiences when Dion was there as well, but as of late they've been no better than Bville. I haven't heard good things about Bell Audi, Riverside is too far, etc etc...
