Brian, I wish you luck with leaving ICS, I hope the issue's with ICS won't fallow you as
a few us us have not had the best experiance with them, good luck and look forward to doing

I hear you and understand completely, more than you know....
The POG model is very different than any other facility around here for many reason. The Chairman, CEO and COO have done everything the right way from what I have seen so far when it comes to automotive retail regardless of the division (I have been in this industry almost 20 years now in one form or another, car audio, security & performance.) I know what bothered many of you in the past and unfortunately I could only do so much to make things better with what I had to work with. My goal as it has been for years has been client service oriented and for those that have worked with me in the past, you know how I operate.
The good stuff is that the owners have for the most part have given me free reign to put this division together for the most part. Don't get me wrong, we are not blowing money all over the place in the wrong markets, we are focusing on certian lines and demographics. POG has a great reputation and my goal is to roll that into the performance division. However, I can not do this alone...I need some help from the community as follows:
I am open to ideas and comments, especially anything that may be considered negative so the problem/issue can be addressed on the spot. It is what it is, we are human too so whatever I can do to make your POG experince better each and every time, I want to know about it, my Blackberry Direct line is 203-536-8566.

Thanks for being stright up in your responce, it sounds like your new team will stand behiend
the parts sold and not run and hide when there is an issue with them, Good luck and I think you will do well...
