on the upper east side. This project is gonna last for years and will require tons of excavation which means you pretty much wont be able to sleep at night.

for me upper anyside= too far of a commute...
but 34th is way too busy- if you're lookin to buy, i've seen a few small duplex's going for around 600k 300maint/300 taxes...usually only 1bdrm though...
i haven't been looking at rentals so i can't really say much at all...oh, and as far as a good broker- i've found it's better just to use nypost.com and nytimes.com to see apts...cuts the middle man out...i realized all they did was do the searching for me...=0)
