Default Prolonged headaches (more than one day) are NOT good....trust me.
Go to the doctor ASAP.

Default Been in your shoes....the consequences are ugly trust me. Either
take a couple days off or institute an "I don't give a ****" policy right away to avoid health issues.

Default try taking a steaming hot shower for a good half hour or so. And get your sleep.. and just relax
try not to think about anything

Agreed. I don't know if you do the aromatherapy but certain senses can help clear your mind
