Default I think Riverside Audi just took over Zumbach as the worst dealership in the tristate in my book

So i guess when going to Riverside, you have to show up in a 40k+ vehicle, wear a shirt and tie or get no service at all? After i told a friend to go check out the TT roadster they had available there, they were totally snubbed by the sales team. I don't think they were even acknowledged. Even after making an appointment with one of them to test drive the car. I guess mistake number one, they went in a Subaru and then mistake number two, they were wearing sweats. Just wanted to rant. Sorry, this isn't anything against Riverside Motorsports as I don't think the operations are runned together. But Riverside Audi will never get any of business from me or anybody else i know.

Default since when? the only Audi dealership ive had problems with is Zumbach

no other Audi dealership have i been given that kind of treatment. I know it is usually a sales person by sales person basis but the whole team there did nothing.

Default That's funny...I went with a friend to Huntington at lunch one day to look at an A4 or

A6 avant. We were both dressed well and came in my car. After 40 minutes we left no one would help us and we were the only customers in the showroom. He bought a subaru.

Default I'd find it hard to buy another Audi again simply because of the dealers/service ....

Ray Catena was great to me when I had an Infiniti. I was young at the time and they treated me with respect just the same.

They only sell cars I wouldn't buy though, other than the one day Porsche

Any salesman that doesn't jump at even the slightest chance to sell a car these days is a jackass.
