i used to wait about 2-3 hrs before the exam, so that way it was fresh in my head. =) good luck

I just finished an exam twenty minutes ago, and now it's time to start studying for tomorrows.

Default i'm not telling you to suck it up about your teeth!
i had them out last year, no pain killers nothing. i actually felt them cracking the tooth and pulling it out. it was awesome. especially cause this hot assistant was holding my hand (i don't know why) ... anyway i hope you get better soon.
