The judgement is in on my No Standing NYC ticket.
Guilty.
It says on the decision that pulling into a no standing zone due to a medical condition requiring one to pull over is not a legitimate reason to stand in a no standing zone.
They did however drop the late fee incurred because the DOT cop said she wouldn't write a ticket, then wrote one after I left.
