car got impounded for expired registration. got a ride home. registered the car online. picked up the car with the wifey. this was done within 2 hours tops. $80 for the impound/towing + $54 for the ticket. good thing i told them to use a flatbed.

bottom line, NJ DMV messed it up. the renewal they sent me had the wrong car info. it had my older car's info which i traded in for the S4. i stopped by DMV and asked them what i ishould do. i was told to ignore the renewal they mailed me and just wait.

oh well, at least she (the S4) gets to spend the night at home in a garage.
