Default just moved to NJ and car already damaged...NEED ADVICE

I just moved to Englewood, NJ this weekend and was hit from behind...any suggested places in Bergen County or near Basking Ridge (where I work) for good collision repair? Thanks for any suggestions.

Also, what happens in NJ when the driver at fault does not have insurance, as I think may be the case here? Do I have to sue the guy?

Default I've heard that Bergen Imports in Cliffside Park does some really good work.

I've only used them for mechanical work...not body work though. The name of the owner is Harry Kapros. Their website is up but none of the links work....been like that for a week now. Here's their number....201-943-2915.

Welcome to the Garden State!<ul><li><a href="http://www.bergenimports.com">http://www.bergenimports.com</a</li></ul>

Default sorry to hear it

NJ has some bizzare insurance laws. Best is to calyour insurance company (assuming you are filing a claim) and ask to speak to a NJ rep.

fyi, NJ drivers are the suck.

Default WOW, that was a nice "WELCOME TO JERSEY", sorry to hear that...

I think you better sue, and not sure but I think in NJ there's a "NO FAULT" rule, means doesn't matter whose fault it was but both are @ fault... i think??
