Left Lane Camper rant

On the Merritt, its 6:45am and Im driving behind a car who is behind an Explorer. I couldnt figure out what was going on but it seemed like every hill we climbed we'd slow down from 70 to 45-50. The car finally moved over and now Im behind the truck.
Only now, its not every hill, its all the time he is basically sitting at 55-60mph. Im not tailgating, he's not pressing his brakes, he is just driving slow.
I could have done a right-lane pass, which is customary on the Merritt, however he was purposely sitting in the blind spot of the car in the right lane, pacing him. So here I am, with no traffic on the road but me and 5 other cars or so, stuck behind this explorer who wont move over.
Finally decided to put on my blinker because maybe the driver is busy on the phone, eating donuts or listening to 'A prairie home companion' or something. Nothing changes. Finally, the car in the right lane pulls off an exit and I had just enough room to punch it around the guy before he got to the next right-lane car.
So as with the post below, I should've called him in for reckless driving or something.
It's just not right at that time of the morning to be such a jerk with the highway empty.
damned campers, get off of my lawn!

Same situation....two cars side-by-side pacing each other with not a care in the world.
The Porsche driver did the old "**** This" and passed both vehicles on the right shoulder, uphill, on a sweeping right turn.
Stupid...but impressive.

and Im just not that kind of driver. I was reall just minding my business but this guy was apparently out to ruin my day at 6:45am. I just waited for my opportunity and took it. North St. Exit where the sweeping left hander makes it hard for SUVs to put the power on
