Default A friend of mine practices criminal defense law, primarily out in Suffolk...
He told me not too long ago that Suffolk has basically stopped bargaining down on speeding tickets. You are going to pay the fine and get the points. If there's any non-traffic code violation like reckless driving involved, let me know, I'll get you his name & #
