Default CB2 is opening in SoHo come October. It's a Crate & Barrel co. but with a more modern/loft li

style.

What type of living do you want? Modern, contemporary, eclectic, traditional...? This will help with your hunt and budget

Default 16th -19th between 5th and 7th Aves

Bo Concept, West Elm and several others in that area. Also check out Container Stores Elfa product line for the closets. They do on the spot custom design closet systems if you have all your dimesnions and the stuff is insanely easy to install.

Default I know what you mean...

Ikea does have that stigma of sorts since everything looks alike and obviously Ikea.... but it is fairly cheap and it is better than sitting on the floor.

I don't like the Ikea stuff much either, but I love when my wife shops there for the kids rooms. She has an SUV packed with crap and a receipt for under $200
