tried to turn on the nav system this morning, but despite pressing the "nav" button numerous times, the nav screen didn't appear.

also tried to eject the nav cd in the trunk, but despite pressing the "eject" button numerous times, the cd didn't eject.

haven't used the nav system for over a month, but it was working fine when i last used it. the only thing i could remotely suspect is the cold weather??? we had a huge snow storm a few weeks back and the weather was real cold here in the nyc area.

any ideas or suggestions? thanks in advance! i plan to vag-com it later tonight.

audi radio/nav buttons tend to be stubborn in the cold weather..in my 01 a4 just overnight in the cold its hard to turn the volume up..so give that a shot

weird... make sure the cd is in there i guess? but im sure you already have.
