Default Mica,

I really think we COULD drag you dead rotting body there and probably leave it in the Mark Demarsico's office then lock him in it.

Just a thought =/

Default I think they're actually under new management since I've been there...

I had horrible experiences with them when I had my A4.... Which was maybe... Damn, two years ago?

Default I've had great times there...

I originally went to them after having a fall out with Danbury VW, They were so good to me that I then trade up to a W8. Then I bumped up to the S4. The guys in the sales department were great. I still pop in to visit and get some coffe or tea. On some occasions they have even offered me the ability to go across the street and get a quick car wash. The service department is always eager to help out and yes there is a big diffrence between the VW and the Audi service departments. Loaner cars are always available to me, even the guys that shuttle me to the train station are good to me. Its too bad that some have had bad times there and its important to remember that happy customers are usually the silent majority, thats why I take the time to speak out on behalf of New Country. Its for this reason alone that I still allow myself to drive around with their plate cover on my car. My mom picked up an Audi there, also a great experience for her. IMy best friend has picked up two S4s over there and still talks highly of them....

I can go on for hours.....
I like it so much over there that I wanted to get a job working there to be a part of it.

Default I remember going there for warranty work on my B5...

They never got a problem fixed on the first shot... Three trips to get a simple vent fixed.

I remember returning for a coolant leak, and they wanted me to pay the fifty dollar deductible again. When I refused, the rep told me if he waived it they would take it out of his salary. Please.
