Default Agree 100% - I believe Malcolm Pray Jr. still owns it

They changed the name from Pray to New Country a few years ago.

The issue is that as the largest dealer in the U.S., they tend to focus on quantity over quality when it comes to service. They will book several dozen appointments everyday. My car was once the victim of an oil change that never happened - i.e., they charged me for oil and filter but when I checked it before leaving the lot, it was as dirty as when I brought it in. Also, upon inspection, the filter was not new either. I was also not impressed when he referred to their car wash as the scratch-o-matic....

I'm glad Nick is happy - maybe they've changed their ways....

Default I'll check the details on the invite... (its at home)...

I believe it is from 6 to 9, but not 100%. Food and drinks provided.

I've had mixed experiences there... I'm hoping they turn over a new leaf.

Default i must be the other exception....

i didn't hear any complants when i got you that loaner car saturday for your boss's daughter though. And didn't you lease both cars from us? if you have such a problem with the dealer I can mapquest 3 other dealers 30mins from us.
And MICA, As far as pricing for maint. goes, we charge what we can and if you can't afford it you obviously can't afford the car. there are plenty of other dealerships/garages avaible to service/repair these cars. Affording a car is affording to maintain a car. It seems you both must be the exceptions because we seem to still be selling more audis than anhyone else. Oh and MICA shouldn't you be trading in the VW for a pickup now.
