lexus maybe a great ownership experience but the cars are just soul-less in my opinion

They are the biggest joke when it comes to customer service and manners...

Forget about their service department. When my S4 went there for an abs sensor and wheel bearing I got it back with stains all over my alcantara and grease on the carpet....

I keep it above teh rear view mirror and have a LI-S4 display so there are no lights
