Don't know the answer to your question, but I love your car.

Default Take it and see if it passes

last year I sat through several inspections (including my "how the heck did that pass?" 87 Audi 4000 quattro), never saw them do any measurements.

Been inspected in multiple counties, haven't had an issue with a lowered car

i know it won't pass for my front window tint.
and probably the db level of my exhaust (still don't know about that either).

my idea was "if you can get a ticket for it, it won't pass inspection" ..and i know people have gotten tickets back from H20 for being "too low. below manufacturer safety standards"

But i'm not going to risk it, I took the Crossfire there the other day and they were total dicks.. I'll just pay to get it inspected elsewhere.

I'd like to see the specific part of Title 39 that states ride height. Personally I haven't found the exact requirements for vehicle inspection in NJ. Perhaps an OPRA request is in order.

Maybe I'm being shortsighted, but why fail a car for being too low?
