Default NJ Jury Duty question.......(w/ NY license & address)

So I got a letter today to appear in court for Jury duty in NJ, but I've been holding a NYS license & SI address for car insurance purposes. A couple questions: Does anyone know what will happen if I need to provide identification, and they see a NY license? Technically I'm a NJ resident, but my license doesn't reflect that. Am i screwed here? lol.

Default hmm... tough question. I think there is a law which says that you need to change ID within..........

2 months ( or something like that ) when you change states.

Default have you been declaring your condo as your primary residence in your tax returns?

what about your homestead rebates?

Default You can say that you haven't been driving since you moved to NJ, and

therefore haven't had the need or the time to go get the license changed.

Bring a current utility bill with you as proof of NJ residence.

Default you may be fine. i do not think they dig deeper into that much. if it is for Petit Jury, then it

is 1 day or 1 case.
