I'm starting to see them all the time around West Nyack area
Whelen is also around my area (the company that outfits police cars with strobes etc.) and I've seen lately that they've been working on a M3 cab! Not sure if that's a car they're using to take to trade shows or if its an actual unmarked patrol car.
