NYC folks: Would you live on 19 East 108th Street at 5th Ave?

you should be able to find a studio further east on the UES around 1st or 2nd ave in the upper 80s
longer walk to subway (there is 86th street crosstown bus) but better/safer neighborhood. Nice park by gracie mansion too located by the east river and about 86-90th streets.

closer to 5th, yes
it's not the worst / greatest place to live. i work on 101st and 5th and park on 102nd street between 5th and madison. earlier this summer there was gun shots on 102nd so yeah...
