Last I heard was Sal was airing it out and is going to shop vac the water out under the carpet and all around inside the cabin.
Once it got off the tow truck yesterday it didn't want to move, Sal did some magic tricks and managed it to get it onto the driveway. TCU is fried and some other stuff under there, and CEL was on when I left.
At this point I'm not sure how much damage is done but I'm worried about what can show up a month or two down the road. I don't want headaches. On that note, maybe totalled? =/ I just hate have to think about the T word but if it other Gremlins are going to show up and cause more trouble might as well let it go at the right time =(. Maybe I'm worrying too much but I keep flashing back when I saw it in the parking lot it was ALOT of water(I wish I took pictures, but I was too shocked to even think)...water was quarter way up the doors almost submerging the wheels with the front end a bit deeper and it must've sat in there for at least 40 minutes.
Anyway, it's in good hands. We'll see when insurance goes to check it out.
Any ideas greatly appreciated =)

you'll know what I mean by the stench and all electrical connections will need to be dried out and treated with contact/control cleaner & lubricant. Don't forget the connections under the seats. Also, the real test of how bad things are will be when winter comes and temps drop below freezing. In the event that it does not get totaled, your insurance company is obligated to correct any future problems that might pop up from this damage for one full year. Lastly, get everything squared away and start thinking about a replacement for your S4. The clock is now ticking.
btw, c/e light or limp mode is pretty common for you.

pull the interior seats and console, and get the carpet completely removed and dried outside in the sun. Then a complete visusal inspection of all the wiring can be done.

Good thing we have a huge coolant pump for the machines in the machine shop at work, we sucked out what we could using that.
