I'm from the D.C. area and meeting some friends at the mall. Is there a safe place to park there? Would valet be a safe option?
I'm unfamiliar with the area and a little nervous with the B5 S4
Thanks.

especialy in NJ.
Valet Parking just parks it in a restricted area of the main parking garage - still can get to it by foot easily.
My mother works for the mall - from what she tells me, security is "so-so". They take like 15 mins to respond to critical situations.
But the ammount of foot traffic does help.. just park in the garage near an entrance to the mall- lots of people would see the car.. no idiot would attempt to steal it there.

be in a slightly more visible space then in one of the garages which would hopefully deter any thievery.
Remeber, Short Hills Mall is like walking into mini-Beverly Hills, the security guards drive the little Range Rovers, BUT it's only 5 minutes away from some really crappy towns.

i believe short hills was a prime target b/c of easy access to the major highways. haven't heard of any stolen audis there lately though.
