I've been to Bell (which is just 3-4 miles from me) and they are horrible and liars. I've been to DCH-Millburn, but they are nothing over the top. Any suggestions?

I like Paul Miller in Parsippany. They're nothing great, just OK. At least they haven't ROBBED me. That's probably as good as it going to get(with Audi anyway). You're not going to find a dealer that is "over the top" ,you bought the wrong make car for that. They all treat you like ****. To get that level of service you need to buy a car from Ray Catena. Nothing but compliments from me after 13 years of Ray Catena service, THEY know how to treat their customers.

My experience with Riverside

I sat in the waiting area while Carson reflashed my ECU. Out of sheer boredom, I listened as the SA's handled the phones, communicating issues to customers, talking to management about issues, etc. One SA seemed very knowledgable and did a great job of communicating service issues to clients (dumbing down the technical details), delivering estimates, and in general following up with clients. It's a large shop and these people juggle a lot of cars at one time while they are waiting on parts from Audi, decisions from Audi, inspections from warranty companies, estimates and approvals from insurance companies, etc. The other SA seemed a little less knowledgable about the technical aspects of the cars, although she was always friendly, helpful and professional. It was clear, listening to each of them, that they had their customer's best interests in mind as they dealt with each issue and delivered options to the customer. That doesn't take the sting away from the final bill, but it is reassuring to know these people do not act as if they have been given a blank check. Based on that, I'd feel comfortable putting my car in their hands, of course, the bottom line is how competent are the techs? Unfortunately, I can't attest to that. Now for the burn...their hourly labor rate was a little staggering, but in this area, it's hard to find an Audi dealer that isn't. $125/hr vs. ~$100/hr at my dealer in the burbs of Philly.
