revenue spot? what happend to our "safety". 75% of cops hide with their lights OFF now in the dark

I'm pretty sure thats illegal (at least in MA i think), and nvm how dangerous it is, right off the shoulder of the highway. If I was to lose control, I'd know at least to "try" to aim away from a parked car with lights on, vs not bracing myself for impact with a oink oniker..
though, I guess in that case if i see them and was going out of control anyways, i'd def aim for him/her =p
