Default Radar Detector for CT

live in Stamford..what mid priced radar detector would be best for this area? I just moved here and don't know what types of radar or laser are used.

Default 2nd. I'd step up and spend the money right off...

there are other cheap detectors out there, but the V1 is the best. by far. period.

Default CSP uses mostly laser

in short line of sight, so the warning time is fairly brief.

local PDs have lots of radar traps but those are for enforcing 25mph school zones, etc.
