As I was riding around the area, I noticed about 13 police cars with their light on in a parking lot filled with orange cones.

It was like an autoX for cops. There must have been about 30 cops in cars and standing around as each car make laps around the cones. It was pretty funny to look at these guys manuever through the cones and knocking them down. Those crown vics suck when it comes to handling

So for those of you that have Audi, you should be able to outdrive these 'bacons' lol! But you didn't hear this from me.

I don't know much about them other than the 999 that one can see on Speed channel.
Is as powerful as a japanese 750 sportbike?

the 749 is essentially the same as the 999 cept with a smaller power plant.

as far as being as powerful- no, the 750vtwin engine will compete with the 600 inline 4's. the gix750 well, that is in a class by itself. to be quite honest, i'm not a specsheet racer- on paper a gix1k will kill a duc 999, but in practice it isn't true.

i guess you could say, the duc's aren't spec sheet great, but you ride one and you'll know why they rock.

The Rutgers Car club was having their weekly meeting in the lot next to where the cops were.
They were running for about 2 hours with their lights on. They were doing 180 turns too. It was pretty funny seeing them take out a few cones.
