Servicing Needed...Biener (NYC) ONLY gives loaner cars to ppl that purchased their cars there..wtf..
Anchor is too far...guess it has to be Zumbach in the city..anyone have servicing experiences there? Should I be afraid..very afraid?? A loaner car is a must...since I need to get back and forth

my most recent servicing at Zumbach was for the 20k
the whole experience was a breeze.
service writers were checking cars in as soon as they pulled up, by the time i got out of my car and did the walkaround i was done. car was serviced without any new problems servicing.
my first time there was several months before and it was teh exact opposite. i think audi got on there case because it didnt even feel like the same place.
