they've had that for a few years now
some asian dood used to own it- basically he was a big time drug dealer in edison schools (he went to one of them i believe) anyways, short version- he got caught, car was seized.

I've got one....
From a friend of a friend who's one of the heads of the NJ state troopers... I know a LOT of other cops, some pretty high up in the ranks, and none can get them. Actually pretty tough depending on what type of shield. I've seen some figures that only like 300/annually are given out. There are more than one type though... so be careful what you pay for.
