Default thats where they come from.... but they can't use them as patrol cars

not up to spec...

patrol cars must have steel wheels, not cast, and vertain other things

seized cars are used for DARE projects, or other community outreach ussually...

Default Okay... made a call.. there are THREE different types:

PBA Shields - (Not 100% positive, but similar to FOP shields)

FOP Shields - Gotta be an FOP member and need ID to get one, available through the lodge.

New Jersey State Law Enforcement Officers Association Shields - Must be sponsored by a member to receive associate status which gets you a shield

Some of these depending are only "RENTALS"... and even so.. are only technically allowed to be had by law enforcement officers.

Default Not true.. but if you spruce it up a bit more.. it might pass muster.

But don't tell me... tell it to ALL the people I've seen pulled over by the white M3 on 78...

Default Plates you definitely need to be a cop.

I'll say this.. I have the NJLEOA shield.. and it has gotten me out of MANY tickets.. however always used with an NJ state card and an NYPD card. I've got a wallet shield from the NYPD also.. but don't carry it around.
