so i went to court for 80-45
no MR.Goldberg was not with me this time.
ticket i got was about 7 months ago.
I missed my original court date, got a new date(4months later).
So now i see my name on the list find my room, i was second to go.
The first guy was Nacho Rodrigez, so he got found guilty in about 5 min.
The officer had his dump testimony memorized that it was sickening, he just stopped to look at the ticket number and date to fill it in.
It was HILARIOUS to me at least, after the stunning performance by the officer on the first guy. He goes
"...aaa..aaa...judge iam not ready for matpoc.. we need to reschedule."
bingo! at the next rescheduled date, he wont have the ticket again. and 80% that the ticket will be tossed.
this was at bk west 4th
