La Foccachia (on Morris Ave), Huntley Tavern...although I'm not sure if they're open for lunch (off Broad Street), Brick Oven Pizza I've heard is good, Scaleni Fedeli (in Chatham but close to Summit), Broadway Diner (I think that's the name, right on the corner of Springfield and Summit Ave, across from the B&O store). I'm sure there are others but I'm drawing blanks
