Default Milburn I'vebeen to both and I got to say Milburn is worth the drive

talk to Miguel or Aldwin, those are the two that you have to get to work on your car.

Default +1 on Millburn.. and ask for Miguel.

Only thing is I don't think he works on Saturdays. And make sure you get an Audi loaner, not an Enterprise loaner.

Default skip town, staff issues prevent them from offering the best svc possible.

fwiw i just had possibly the best svc experience of my life with Palisades Audi.

Default Re: Milburn is closer to me, but i bought the car at Town

I have called to book appointments and the woman on the phone is so freaking rude, she puts me through to answering machines etc.

They cannot give me a straight answer on whether I need a 35k or not since I purchased the car CPO @ 33k on December. She tells me it doesn't need a service for another 10k or 10 months from when I bought it and that if I bring it in for anything other than a service they will not give me a loaner whilst doing the work. That's all cool but they are just not helpful. It's like pulling teeth with them.

So that's it decided then, Milburn, thanks.

Default yup, like i said...they have staff issues..

its a shame. i used to work for them, ive been going there/my family has been going there for years but i have no loyalty anymore. Im friends with a few techs there but aside from them and some ppl in sales theres not much for me to go back there for. Alot of good employees ive become friends with over the years have either gone to Palisades or Riverside. both of those dealers have treated me alot better.

Default DCH/Milburn Audi...Just give them a heads up...they're usually cool about it...

Whatever you do, stay the hell away from Audi of Bernardsville
