Default I'm happy with Verizon

I used to have the old AT&T and I experienced far too many drop outs, especially when I was in NYC.

I switched to Verizon, and the drop outs are now virtually non-existant. I guess my only beef with Verizon is that there is a spot on the GSP, just short of the last service area, where there is no Verizon serice at all. If I'm driving on the GSP say, going north, once I pass the Pascack tolls, I tell the person on the other end of the line that we may get disconnected very soon, but that I will call them back in less than 10 minutes.

Default Verizon since the beginning, customer service has always resolved any minor..

...issues I may have had.

Service on 9/11 was incredible.

Mostly NY/NJ, occasionally parts of CT.

Default W/ VZW, I get the most dropped calls in my living room.

Everywhere else it works fine. The data services seem to be more flakey for me. But also keep in mind that has a lot to do with the individual device as well as the service.

The BB 8130 that I offered you is new Pearl on VZW (CDMA), so if you decide to stick with VZW, the Pearl is still an option. If you go the BB route, make sure you know what you need to do as far as setting up desktop software. I think you need to keep the BIS software running in order to recieve emails, but double check that with someone who know BB better.
