What happened to Audi of Bernardsville?

When I was looking into an Audi a few years back, the general consensus here was that Bernardsville was the place to go in N NJ for both sales and service (even central considering how bad Princeton Audi is). I worked with Jim Foster and had a great almost buying expirence...ended up backing out since I decided I was not quite financialy able to swing an Audi yet.
When my folks wanted an Allroad, I sent them to Jim and they had a great sales expirence and good expirences the first few years. Recently however, the service dept seems to really be falling down. They are unresponsive (wont ever call with status - you have to keep calling them), perform shoddy work (replaced a hatch latch under warranty, broke again shortly after warranty was out, claimed wrong part was put in oringally but wanted to charge to fix), and charge a fortune ($75 to change the oil and check fluids), etc.
Reading recent posts, the tide of opnion on them seems to have turned quite a bit over the last year or so. What happened and is there a new dealer that can be used for service? The folks are about ready to replace the allroad but with the bad serivce and no more included maintence from Audi, they are a bit leary buying another car from bernardsville.

but lots can change in 9 years. It's a shame that the general consensus is to stay away from this dealership.

the only place ive really had horrible service was with anchor audi... and the service manager joe... you know how the brake booster pipe (some of the techs call it the "crackpipe" but the one that is in an S which they had a recall on) it broke... he told me flat out whoever installed my exhaust arched the welds and a spark melted it hes not warrantying it... LMAO i had my exhaust installed the first weekend i had my car in sept '00, this happend in august '00... then i had 18's on my car and they wouldnt give me a wheel alignment said they dont have the equipment to align 18's... i said what do you do with a8/s8 customers? told me they go down the block to a sts type place... guy is the worst... i wish cancer on his family.
