what are projected ice accumulations (cause this aint near snow)

I just went outside to smoke a cig and salt our walkway at work and..

for a few minutes it was heavy *** snow, then changed back to ice.

i really hope all this stops for 15 mins, melts a lil on the roads and then freezes up harder and we

get 2ft of snow on top...thatd be awesome!
