who steals a reflector???
drivin along getting some food after the gym everything is fine. i get to a red light, light turns green i go to engage clutch and it sticks to the floor board. im like uh oh thats not good. clutch went so i call AAA to get towed.
i put on hazzards, take out reflector triangle and go to wait on side of the road for a friend to come. AAA tells me tow company will call with an ETA. not a great situation but so far so good. my friend shows up and i tell him the story. we go into convenient store (right next door)to pick up some food while we wait. come back out and wtf??? my reflector is gone. my friend is like oh the wind probably blew it over. i walk closer and sure enough its gone.
after waiting over an hour for the tow truck a police officer shows up and asks if i want to push the car into a lot (bout 500 feet away) to get it out of the road. i say yeah that would be awesome (not the easiest thing to do in sandals with wet ground though). i push the car into the lot and notify convenient store manager of the situation. finally receive a call over 2 hours later from AAA that tow truck should be there in half an hour (tow company was located 10 minutes from where my car was).
im just glad it wasnt a real emergency. i am interested to see what Audi says when i get the car there on Monday. i am hoping that i will be able to sell it to one of the employees there.
could have been a lot worse but all in all not a very fun night. btw who steals a reflector?? sorry for long post, needed to vent.
