will audi care if I return lease with 3 oem continental tires and the 4th tire another brand?
the SGS inspection service wants me to pay 120 for a bubbled tire... I can get a used one with decent tread for 25 bucks... can AOA say that 4th tire HAS to be the same exact tire as the rest (make wise) or no way? Just need to know their rules for sure... dont want to waste money on the tire if it wont work... thanks

spare?
swap it with the spare... Im not sure how audi does it, but usually with off leases they sit at the dealer until the car manufacturer comes and picks it up then they usually auction it off. Since its a lease Audi technically owns the car so for the dealer to put it out on their lot they would have to buy it from Audi if im not mistaken. Now if your returning the car and not leasing/buying another one, they might inspect the car very throughly. My mom ran into that issue when returning her 3 series when she jumped ship to Audi. Bmw chraged us for every little dent/scratch. We just got a new Cabriolet, but when she returned her first A4 which had some bumper scuffs and what not, the dealership "overlooked" those few little imperfections since we leased another car.
Best of luck to you.

More likely they will have a problem
Read the lease return rules on the web. I recall that all tires need to be of the same brand and type. If not all then at least each axle must match.
I believe this is standard practice for most leases.

first off read your lease...
its in writing what the car is to have at lease return.
You can find on e-bay most any used tire.
You should to go to a Continental tire shop and see if the bubble is covered under the tire warranty. It may cost you a few bucks, but not the cost of a new one...if its a defect that is.
