This whole mess is sounding rotten. I've been reading the posts on Motor trend as well. Sounds like the Op was misrepresenting this a bit.

well ill still take the car if they do the right thing and give it to me, the car will definitely be brought directly to audi for a full inspection before i accept the car from the dealership.

It is simply very true, you got a phone call from a lawyer on Monday, but if you believe you didnt then believe that. Im not here to argue with you im simply here to share my story and get honored for what i won.

Assuming this is all correct, why would you still want the car from this dealer? might raise hell about it but no way in hell would I give them any of my hard earned cash. Their are other cars to be had. You haven't lost anything cash-wise yet and its causing nothing but distress.
From the dealership perspective, if they had in fact attempted to email (which BTW we still have not seen) and phone you about their mistake and it was refused then they are not likely to sell the car.

Yeah I saw that one, it's pretty damaging to their case. Though I suspect it's a auto generated email. I was talking about their supposed email to you saying they made a mistake on the counter offer. I've yet to see that from them.
