S5, if financially I could have it as a second car, otherwise RS4 for the extra 2 doors.

my major complaint with the S5 is that the sunroof only tilts. it does not open.

Default tough call...but I would go with the RS4 simply for the extra power
The S5 wins hands down in all other catagories for me though.

B7 RS4... the S5 'sunroof' makes me want to slap someone.
