So I just spoke with Enterprise and ask when do I get my $250 credited to my account, and they answered "When the car is dropped off and the bill is payed." Soooooo, IIIIIII Have to pay the FULL fvcking Enterprise bill THEN get refunded!!!!! That's going to be like $1,500, and I'm going away on the 28th and have $2,000 I have to bring for hotel and rental!! WHO THE **** MAKES UP THESE RULES!! I didn't say "Hmmm, you know what Emily, let's get into a car accident today and ruin your car," so why the **** should I have to pay for ANYTHING PERIOD!! I don't give a **** if I am getting refunded, I have to put money aside to pay for a ridiculous bill, for a car a HATE, that is a peice of ****, that's not awd??? Why should I put my life on hold!!??

got rear ended like a mother by a freakin SUV. It was a nightmare arguing back and forth with enterprise and the other carrier's insurance co. From that moment I added rental to my insurance to avoid crap like this. Trust me that extra $20-30 money well spent.

That blows...but I've BTDT, and subsequently added the rental coverage. Makes an unpleasant situation a little bit easier to deal with.
