Another non Audi. this is my very original Pimento Red TR6 which was built on the last day of TR6 production and only 7 cars were built after this one. This one being the last red one. I also believe its the yougest TR6 in Europe as the last cars all went to North America. This one found a home in Canada and then returned to England 12 years ago and I've owned her since. I've also done the grand total of 4000 miles in 12 years so I'm preparing to sell her. She's kept at my Father in laws place so I never really use or see her. So it was a condition of getting the better Edition30 GTI over the standard version that I unloaded this old friend.

Nice example - is it yours?
the higher front bumper and indicators & rubber over riders are all North America things - I took the over riders off. Mine should have the Union Flag with TR6 in it but they didn't survive a respray before my ownership. But yes I think they were on the later UK cars.
The luggage rack was a NA thing as well - don't really see them fitted over here & mine's been removed.
I see that's an Ontario car - (note to self: check map of Canada its a big place. Vancouver might be in Ontario or a bloody long way away.)
I see that's an Ontario car - mine lived in Vancouver so with my recent geographical knowledge of Canada I doubt they ever met ;~)

with a seized motor. Bought it to restore it, didn't do enough research about it. Now it's "antiquing" in the garage... someday, someday.

They had bad oil passage drilling in the crank and always failed. His solution was to put the original aluminum Buick 215 version of the same motor in. Ran like crazy, sounded great.
