Help help. I've searched the forums and only got so far, I need someone local. I want to install a sub in my avant along with an amp. I don't need a fancy install for the sub, all I want is a small sealed enclosure, that's not a problem. What I do need help with is a good location and know how to install the amp and how to install it. Anyone here ever take the side panels off the cargo area? Anyone here ever run power wire/RCA's in their avant? I'm leaving everything else stock.

I pulled out the jack and replaced it it with my amp. When the cover is on it is completely concealed and out of the way.
All the work was done @ Magnolia HiFi.
I have a sweet amp/sub set up for sale. If your interested send me an email.

That's funny, I'm putting in an Xtant 3001T for my sub. So did you keep the rear stock amp or is the xtant powering everything? Thanks.

I kept the entire stock Bose sytem and added the sub and amp. I chose the Xtant because of the remote bass level ****. The amp is spliced into the rear speakers before the stock amp using inline high freq converters. It sounds pretty good as is but I would recommend adjusting the factory EQ setting to take some of the bass out of the stock speakers. It will sound alot better.
