Any good shop in Seattle for sandblasting / paint removal of wood?
looking to remove the old paint off of our front door and renew the door with a natural wood finish. I don't want to deal with chemical paint removal.

sand blasting is likely going to damage the wood more than stripper
The key to using stripper is time.
get two saw horses lay door across it
layer stripper on for at least 1 hour, some times 2
use a very flexible scraper and peel off the goo into a trash can, or empty paint can.
Repeat for reverse side.
Use a metal edged wood scraper to clean up and smooth out the wood (it will be swollen from the stripper and paint. You will want to remove this portion of the wood)
Use 100 grit paper to smooth out the grain and edges. (go with the grain)
Use 200 grit to bring it down to finish grade for varnish.
If you are using a paste wax use 0000 steel wool to buff the wood to a shine before rubbing in the 6-12 coats of wax. (repeat 3 times a year.)

I'd refrain from doing anything else other than sanding or using a stripper.
Have you tried using 60-grit sandpaper using a finishing or orbital sander first? The old paint may come off pretty quick. Then follow Grouse's plan on subsequent grit paper.
