I think the us spec RS4 will come with a sunroof, power rear windows, heavier seats, and some extra safety stuff in the bumpers possibly...that's where the weight is coming from. I think the seats alone are good for 60-70 lbs each, sunroof can add as much as 75 lbs, power rear window motors, 20 lbs, you get the picture.
