Default Anyone going to the Audi "Streets of Tomorrow" on the 20th or 21st?

I just signed up for Sat at noon.

This was offered through my firm's benefits department.

Apparently, they have an RS4 to test drive.<ul><li><a href="http://www.audistreetsoftomorrow.com/seattle/index.php">Audi event</a></li></ul>

Default This is from my invitation:

"The performance course will be a timed course using the Race America computerized timing system. Approximately 1/3 mile long and not unlike a small road race track, you will be able to push the all-new 2007 RS 4 close to the limit, experiencing the all-around handling and performance of the engine, brakes, and suspension -- the awesome performance of the Audi."

If they don't have one, it's gonna be a short visit.

Default That's what the Bremerton event is all about: LESSONS!

You'll have a gas. Go to that instead. As far as your car being ready:

* Does it have &gt;60% pads?
* Is it not leaking fluids? Are they full and relatively clean?
* Is your suspension more or less up to spec?
* Do you have safe tread on your tires?
* Righty tighty all the bolts and lugs.

Then run whatcha brung.

I can't make it as I've got a track day scheduled for May 24 with NWARC, and frankly I can't afford another one so soon. Some @#$%ers get to fly for free or much cheaper at these events just because they instruct. Heh. Then again, they *have to instruct*...

Default I have the 2pm spot on Sunday... I was going to be at Bremerton, but things happened.

I'm glad I signed up for this as a backup for that weekend... Should be a little bit of fun hopefully.
